Vinegars & All things Pickled

I come from a long tradition of pickle making and fermenting. My Ukrainian grandparents and parents would regularly ferment barrels of cabbage into sauerkraut and essentially use it for their main 'bread'. Anything pickled and garlic (!) was considered a staple and mainstay and I learned a lot over many years. You will find a few items below of our pickled and fermented items, with more to come, like Ukrainian style sauerkraut and pickled garlic. Hope you enjoy !
